Decoded: The Most 'Tranquil' of Apartment Listings

New, 1 comment

Welcome back to The Brokerbabble Glossary, where we take a word or a turn of phrase that seems to show up in an unreasonable number of listings and decipher its true meaning. If you have any ideas for us, send them to the tipline. Today's word: Tranquil.

Woah. Okay. This one is going to take a minute to unpack. So, unusually bright sunsets and sunrises blast this apartment with light, and that light makes it difficult to breath? But the light is actually from movies and advertisements that are playing constantly just outside the windows? Do we have that right? Sounds very tranquil.

Nothing is more tranquil than staring at a good yacht.

Ah, yes, the High Line. New York's most tranquil spot.

Fair enough, 407 East 75th Street. Fair enough.
