505 Greenwich Penthouse on the Market for $6.2 Million

New, 21 comments

Hudson Square has made a shocking run into the finals of this year's Curbed Cup (it's basically tied with DoBro with four days of voting left), and since 505 Greenwich is one of Hudson Square's nicest apartment buildings, and this is that building's penthouse, then—as long as you don't think about it too hard—this must be the nicest apartment in New York City. And for only $6,195,000! The glassy, 2,534-square-foot 3BR, 3BA, which also features a 500-square-foot terrace, sold in 2005 for $4.3 million and was re-listed in 2008 and again in 2009, first for $7.2 million and then for just over its current ask. Will it finally find a buyer now that Hudson Square is at the top of the heap?
