How Much for a 1,200-Square-Foot Co-op in Soho?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/1BA co-op in Soho
Square feet: 1,200
Maintenance: $1,361
The Skinny: This 2BR loft has 12-foot ceilings, large windows overlooking a courtyard, a washer/dryer, and it's sound-proofed. Neither bedroom is ideal, as the smaller of the two bedrooms has somewhat odd French doors that open onto the living room, while the larger bedroom is actually an interior room without a window. The apartment has a large storage space, the central living space measures 28-feet long, and the kitchen has been upgraded with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout, and there's central air conditioning. How much is the seller asking?
