Retired Yankee Jorge Posada has sold his Upper East Side condo at last, nearly a year after first listing the property for $11.5 million. The ultimate sale price isn't exactly a home run: Posada will be getting $9.5 million, according to The Real Deal. PriceChoppers by Posada and celebrity broker Adam Modlin had brought the property into that territory?the most recent ask was actually $9.3 million. Posada and his wife assembled the apartment over several years, buying the pieces in 2003 and 2007 for $3.2 million and $3.6 million. No word yet on the buyer's ID.
