An Upper East Side plastic surgeon has sued Macklowe Properties for $14 million, claiming that the condo conversion of 737 Park Avenue caused flooding in the offices of his ground floor practice. Construction work began in January, and the suit alleges that the noise and vibrations interfered with surgeries, flooding from a sewer line damaged the ceilings and a surgical recovery room, and a "mysterious yellow liquid" seeped into a patient room.
