Lots of involvement in this week's Pricespotter, with all guesses coming within $200,000 of the $1.4 million asking price. Joseph G. Druckman, who noted that the floor plan could use some changes, was the first to get the price right. Several commenters shared Druckman's opinion of the need for reconfiguring because of the internal second bedroom, with one individual noting that it may not be a legal bedroom. Others took issue with the fact that there aren't very many windows. The building is a walk-up co-op located at 134-40 Grand Street on the corner of Crosby, and it was the subject of a New York Times profile back in 2004.
