When the $95 million listing at the Sherry Netherland hit the market back in September, there was, sadly, no floor plan. We settled for an old floor plan from Columbia's real estate brochures collection, but we need not settle anymore! Real Estalker reports that the actual floorplan for the sprawling apartment is now included in the Brown Harris Stevens listing. So what does this reveal, compared to the old floorplan? Three bedrooms were combine to create the master suite, two bedrooms and a dressing room are now the kitchen, and the corner living room is now the dining room. Plus, more closets have been created and a few bedrooms are now dens or a library.
