So what's new New York Times architecture critic Michael Kimmelman up to these days? Writing a book, it turns out! Per Publishers Marketplace, the book will be out in fall 2014, and it covers "architecture and urbanism in the 21st century, in which the conversation around and inside the worlds of architecture and urbanism, has shifted to such issues as equity, health, infrastructure, opportunity and the environment; the questions today are, what kind of cities should we have? What kind of society can we build?" We hope this doesn't mean fewer soulful tweets while Kimmelman is on deadline. [Publishers Marketplace]
