We've been obsessed with 144 Duane Street in Tribeca ever since it hit the market back in April of 2011. The 23,500 square foot mansion is asking $45,000,000, but nobody's ponied up the dough just yet. For the more budget conscious Tribeca shopper, the 13,500 square foot owner's triplex was also on the market for $30,000,000. Still, no action on that end either. It looks like the sellers are prepared to the rent the owner's triplex out now, and it's asking a cool $100,000 per month. It's downtown's most expensive rental, tied with the mammoth townhouse rental over at 214 Lafayette Street. Come on, people, have you seen this place?
