Among the buildings up for grabs in the Jehovah's Witnesses' great Brooklyn Heights sell-off was 165 Columbia Heights, a 4,172-square-foot carriage house that actually first hit the market in 2008. Back then, it was asking $7.2 million. It reduced its price for a less healthy market, to $4.5 million. The buyers appear to have done a bit more negotiating, since the sale price that just hit public record is $4.1 million. The buyer is a trust in the names of Anita Driscoll Feiger and George Feiger. By our unofficial tally, that's two Watchtower buildings sold so far.
