MIDTOWN?We've commented before on the under-the-radar feel to Centurion, the Midtown building designed by I.M. Pei's progeny. But sometimes Centurion likes to go big. As they did recently at a bash on a newly unveiled 1,500-square-foot terrace. Photographic evidence above! The apartment that goes with that terrace is a 2BR, 2.5BA home asking $3.8 million. CHELSEA?The folks at the Upright Citizens Brigade are still running their real estate-themed This is Not a Sketch Show: A Sketch Show, in which the theater doubles as an open house. The next performance is tomorrow at 9:30 p.m.. [CurbedWire Inbox]
CHELSEA?And finally, a quick dispatch from Chelsea's sometimes marketing-challenged Cammeyer. The Sixth Avenue building is officially 80 percent sold. The CORE blog also has a little more to say about the building's lobby, which includes "a box from huge panels of white Corian cut out by water jet to produce “tree branches,” their shadows projected onto the plain white walls by a simulated skylight."
