The leaning (or perhaps dancing) building at 467 Keap Street in Williamsburg hit the rental market in late January, after a many-year construction process. The apartments were listed for between $3,000 and $6,800/month, but this developer is nothing if not flexible. Brownstoner notices that a few of the apartments are also available for purchase, asking between $675,000 (for a 1BR) and $1,967,400 (for a 3BR). A broker tells 'Stoner unit combos are also an option. The listing photos remain as unrevealing as ever, but perhaps the air of mystery will help sales.
