The rental-turned-condo building at 305 West 16th Street has done a lot to counteract its Death Star reputation, but the tractor beam still works. The building has hit the 75 percent sold and in contract mark as of this week. The building's most recent apartment to enter contract was #6D, which we hear will be, at an ask of $2.4 million, the most expensive deal to date.
