Knicks phenom Jeremy Lin signed a contract yesterday for a 2BR rental at the W New York Downtown Hotel and Residences, making up for the rumor that he had chosen a boring sublet in White Plains. The Journal has a few more deets on Lin's rental. It was actually listed for $13,000/month, but Lin got an unspecified better deal on the place. The apartment is in contract to an investor, who has agreed to continue renting to Lin. Matthew Moinian, son of W developer Joseph Moinian, also tells the Journal that he's arranged for the W's BLT Bar & Grill to give Lin access to its private dining room. Not bad!
