Architect Winka Dubbeldam is selling her condo in a building that she designed in West Soho at 497 Greenwich Street. Dubbeldam's design for the building features a wavy glass wall facade on the L-shaped structure that embraces the adjacent traditional building made of brick. The Dutch-born architect designed several of the 22 lofts at 497 Greenwich herself, and has now put her 2BR/1.5BA on the market for $2.35 million. Judging from the photos, the only unfortunate thing about her design is the use of a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door to separate the en suite bathroom from the master bedroom. The glass panel frames the bathroom's toilet in a very immediate relation to the bed that makes the room look like a super-luxe prison cell.
