It looks like any profit Mets third baseman David Wright wanted to make from the sale of his loft at 24 East 21st Street is vanishing into thin air. He bought the place for $6.1 million back in 2006. After putting it on the market for $7,850,000, it saw a series of price cuts. After going off the market for a little bit, the Post reports that it's going to return for $6,250,000. Let's just hope at this point the 4,000 square foot loft sells for more than he paid!
