Developers Hamlin Ventures and Time Equities have officially broken ground on the nine townhouses that make up the second stage of Boerum Hill's 14 townhouses project. That means we finally get a rendering (above) by way of the Brooklyn Eagle. The Eagle also delivers some intel on the townhouses, designed, like their 14 predecessors, by Rogers Marvel Architects. The 4,000-square-foot homes in phase II aim to be more sustainable than the first 14, shooting for a LEED Gold certification. The first phase fetched prices between $2 million and $3 million; this time around, prices will start at $3.5 million.
