After a spread in Vogue failed to help sell model Coco Rocha's apartment, the Canadian beauty is trying again with a possible for sale, by owner listing publicized in a new lifestyle blog. Last summer, Rocha and her husband gave up on their dream of moving to Brooklyn Heights and decided to sit tight on their 2BR/2BA in Gramercy. The pair couldn't find a buyer and tired of making themselves scarce while people toured their home. Now the couple are re-testing the waters, with a photo-heavy post at a new lifestyle blog called The Byrne Notice. The apartment tour features 27(!) photos of Rocha's two bedroom, the interior of which was designed by her husband James Conran. Rocha and Conran's fascination with Brooklyn seems to have faded, and now the two are looking to move to Westchester. According to the post, a private sale of Rocha's apartment is a possibility, with inquiries directed to info[at]byrnenotice[dot]com.
