Sofia Coppola Lists Little Italy Condo for $2.75 Million

New, 11 comments

A single-family conversion of Sofia Coppola and family's new townhouse on Morton Street is looking more likely. The Real Estalker notices that Coppola and her husband, Phoenix front man Thomas Mars, have put their 2BR, 2BA at 161 Grand Street on the market. Coppola purchased the loft with ex-husband Spike Jonze for $1.16 million in 2002. Now she and Mars are hoping to resell it for $2.75 million. What that price gets:

The key-locked elevator opens directly into the apartment where the high ceilings and the over-sized windows create a dramatic first impression. There is a dining area in the large living room making a well-proportioned space. The loft is a split two bedroom, each with en-suite marble baths?.The state-of-the-art kitchen is open and has all top-of-the-line appliances including a wine cooler. Other features include custom closets, central air conditioning, an individual hot water heater and a washer/dryer?.There is a common roof garden for all owners to enjoy. Nice, but it's no 2,000-square-foot yard.
