Developers are following Hunter uptown, with sales agents dangling plots of land near the new Hunter School for Social Work to parties who want to get in on the ground floor of an East Harlem real estate renaissance. The lot at 2183-89 Third Avenue at 119th Street is on the market for $3.5 million and Ariel Property Advisors is helping potential buyers envision the 6,066 square foot lot's potential with the renderings above.
