A bit more on Cornell's plans for its applied sciences campus on Roosevelt Island: according to the Cornell Daily Sun, Cornell and partner Technion-Israel Institute of Technology plan to add more international schools to the project. Specifically, one European university and up to two Asian universities that are "complementary to the two that are already in this institute." Such partnerships have always been part of the plan, according to Cornell's provost, but the university hasn't approached any other institutions yet. [Cornell Daily Sun via BetaBeat]
