Word was that Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz were the buyers of the penthouse at 20 Greene Street, after negotiating the price from the original $12.25 million ask down to $11.5 million. But a tipster suggests that might not be the case: the property is back on the market at the adjusted $11.5 million price. Anyone know why the deal fell through? And assuming it did, where else might Craig and Weisz be looking? Looks like the fourth floor at 427 Washington is still available.
