Lawsuits

When it comes to university expansion projects, NYU and Columbia get most of the attention. Now it's the New School's turn. Neighbors of the university's new Fifth Avenue building claim in a new lawsuit that the construction project has moved their building at 5 East 13th Street by four inches (at least).
