Brooklyn Heights' conversion project 20 Henry Street has had an up-and-down sales history. It first hit the market in the dark days of November '08, but sales were suspended on the theory that the project would sell better with construction fully finished. A little magic and a few years later, and the building is mostly finished and officially back on the market. It's actually two buildings, the Journal explains: the conversion of the former Peaks Mason Mints candy factory (an 1885 structure) into 24 lofts and a second new building next door with 14 more units. Floorplans and renderings in the gallery above.
