The folks at StreetEasy have filed their latest monthly market report, and the condo market in Manhattan fell 0.9 percent in January, a sign that the world of Manhattan real estate remains flat. Contract volume fell 2.2 percent compared to January 2011, with the sharpest drop in contract activity happening on the Upper West Side (12.4 percent) and the greatest increase happening in Upper Manhattan (33.3 percent).
