Starchitects

So how lasting an effect does a starchitect's name have on property values in a building? The Times sought out the answer to this, and it's definitely a mixed bag. Some architects, like Richard Meier, saw some successes and some failures (referring to the Perry Street Towers and On Prospect Park, respectively) and some just had bad timing. Even Robert A.M. Stern has some projects that aren't invincible. Er, not counting 15 Central Park West, that is. [NYT]
