Unless they were referring to the jacuzzi in the full bathroom, in which case we have to revisit our expectations of what makes a cottage. This 3BR/1.5BA co-op is located on 12th Street in Park Slope. No square footage for the apartment is listed, but there's plenty of photos and a fairly straightforward floor plan with dimensions, so this week's guessers won't have an impossible task ahead of themselves. A small garden patio accessible through a door in the rear bedroom is one of the benefits of having a ground floor unit.
