After spending $6.575 million on an apartment in 50 Gramercy Park North in 2006, fashion legend Karl Lagerfeld waffled about whether to resell the place (he may never have moved in). He finally decided to list it last summer, for $6.5 million and then $5.2 million. But it failed to sell and came off the market. Until now! The listing has returned, still at the lower ask of $5.2 million. The brokerbabble doesn't blow us away, but the listing photos are nice enough.
