The developer of Williamsburg's 184 Kent, JMH Development, has just spent $6.6 million for a group of buildings at 118 Congress Street in Cobble Hill. The buildings belonged to the borough's Roman Catholic diocese, which unloaded 18,001 square feet onto JMH. Brownstoner speculates, quite logically, that a conversion is up next for the properties. Anyone have more definite intel? ['Stoner]
