Williamsburg's Latest Luxury Rental Finally Gets Underway

New, 29 comments

Rumors of a new rental building at 250 North 10th Street have been floating around for almost a year, and finally shovels are approaching the ground. Developer LCOR (the same company behind 34 Berry) has gotten a $50 million construction loan for the project, which means there's a 234-unit, six-story luxury rental building in the lot's future. It will include studios through 2BRs, a 117-space parking garage, lobby lounge with coffee (all the rage these days), landscaped courtyard, entertainment lounge, and rooftop terrace. SLCE Architects is on board for the design, and project reps passed along the above rendering. Reactions from the Williamsburg peanut gallery?
