For a pair of celebrities, The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her husband, former NFL player Tim Hasselbeck, have made a series of rather un-flashy Upper West Side real estate moves. They flipped their old place on West 79th Street for $1.6 million after paying less than $1 million for it, and in 2008, they moved on up to Ariel West, where they spent $3,309,312 for a 4BR, 3BA condo. Now it's time to say farewell to those digs, but without the expectation of the same resale magic. The Zillow blog notes that the Hasselbecks have put their place on the market for $3.3 million, a smidge under what they paid in the first place. The interior design leaves us rather un-wowed, but perhaps the Hasselbecks are hoping enough buyer interest could push the unit into a bidding war.
