Peter Buffett, musician and son of Warren Buffett, has put his 18th-floor 3BR, 3BA on the market, the building's only active listing. Or, as the brokerbabble spins it, "a very unique opportunity to purchase the building's first resale unit before One Madison Park is fully completed and becomes the most iconic address in Downtown Manhattan." Buffett's asking $4.1 million for the apartment, for which he paid $3,563,875 in 2009. So maybe not everyone loves life in the building.
