Tomorrow is the deadline for proposals to redevelop the Bronx's Kingsbridge Armory, and the Daily News has a rundown of the expected bids. Mark Messier and Sarah Hughes still have plans to submit a bid supported by some Bronx bigwigs, and there's likely to be another proposal for a sports center with basketball and rock climbing instead of ice skating.
