The news that all or part of the Domino site is up for sale becomes less surprising by the day. Crain's explains that developer the Katan Group filed a lawsuit at the beginning of March against its partner, CPC Resources, claiming mismanagement of the project. The legal accusations: "breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, negligent performance."
