Listings on Pomander Walk are a rare and precious thing. The gated mews-like block goes from West 94th to West 95th Street between Broadway and West End, and its 27 homes were built in 1922 to resemble the London set of a play also called Pomander Walk. The homes are small but charming, and at least the prices tend to match the sizes. As is the case in the street's latest listing, 264 West 95th Street #3, asking $449,000. The 1BR, 1BA apartment is 500 square feet, with a maintenance of $839/month. The last unit to sell on Pomander Walk was a 3BR, 2.5BA that traded hands for $1.6 million in 2010.
