New Renderings Revealed for Rising Williamsburg Cinema

The lot at the corner of Driggs Avenue and Grand Street in Williamsburg is in the process of becoming a $9.3 million movie theater. Via Twitter, a fresh look at the design of the project, a seven-screen theater joining a wave of cinemas going up in the 'hood. "It's like Battery Park is coming here," remarks one 'Burg-dwelling Curbed tipster. There's only a teaser website up so far, but it contains a larger rendering.
