In the April issue of Architectural Digest, Brad Goldfarb writes about the East Village duplex penthouse he shares with Alfredo Paredes, an interior designer for Ralph Lauren. We expect something impressive from the man behind Ralph Lauren's limestone Upper East Side mansion, and indeed, this is one nice place. It started off with some major points in its favor: 2,500 square feet, an impressive terrace, and high ceilings. The renovation?done under the guidance of Michael Neumann?went for an "artist's garret" with "the romantic mood and spirit of '20s California architecture." Click through for more looks at the space.
