Conversion plans will go before the Landmarks Preservation Commission soon for 58 Kent Street, an old Greenpoint factory building in a historic district. The original building was constructed in 1895; the plans from Ole Sondresen Architects ask to "alter the front and rear facades and construct a light court and rooftop addition," and Brownstoner also unearthed a plan for a new penthouse. Anyone know more? ['Stoner]
