Flips have become almost routine at One Beacon Court, but still, we like to tip our hat to those sellers who walk away from the building with impressive profits. (Not everyone does, after all.) So a round of applause to the owner of #39B, one Kenneth Dan-Anyiam, who just resold the unit he purchased for $2.95 million in 2005. Dan-Anyiam (perhaps the Nigerian entrepreneur?) got $6.6 million for the apartment?a bit less than he appears to have wanted. The unit was first listed for that price in 2009, but it went off the market and came back last year for $7.3 million. Maybe it was all crafty strategy.
