BROOKLYN—According to an MNS rental report, the Brooklyn market is surging ahead after a relatively flat winter. Unit prices are up 1.3% across all sizes of apartments, but the price of 1BRs and 2BRs jumped 8% and 11% from a year ago, respectively.
