The Aristotle Onassis-financed Olympic Tower is hardly known for its modesty. In fact, it has become a veritable symbol of excess. It was here that '80s arms dealer/playboy/international man of mystery Adnan Khashoggi lived while proclaiming to be the richest man in the world. Then the building returned to infamy as the home of scamster Raffaello Follieri and his A-list girlfriend, Anne Hathaway, whose 7,750-square-foot sprawl recently rented for $55,000 per month. Now, one of the building's penthouses has returned to market, for a not inconsequential $15M, but thankfully lacking most of the gold-encrusted fixtures that made the Follieri/Hathaway household such a display of excess. The three-bed, 3.5-bath duplex boasts corner views of Central Park, understated decor throughout, and a huge master suite with a dressing room the size of the average living room. Okay, so it's not that modest.
