Retired Yankee Jorge Posada is, now that he's off the playing field, trying even harder to unload his Upper East Side condo. Posada and his wife listed it for $11.5 million back in December. They've just cut the price to $10.5 million for 5,600 square feet (4BR, 5.5BA). The common charges are a sizable $5,353/month. The Posadas assembled the combo condo over time, purchasing the last piece for $3.6M in 2007. Maybe Posada's post-retirement entertainment will be a PriceChopper face-off with David Wright.
