ROOSEVELT ISLAND—Joint venture Hudson Related Retail LLC announced that a number of new businesses signed leases for space along Main Street in Roosevelt Island. Incoming businesses include Island Spirits (a liquor store), Wholesome Direct (a gourmet and natural food market), European Bakery Cafe, and Subway Sandwich.
