141 Fifth's New-Look Ninth Floor Returns for $5.8 Million

New, 5 comments

We've seen #9AB at 141 Fifth Avenue before, when it hit hte market in January 2011 asking $5.8 million for its never-lived-in 3,000 square feet. At the time we guessed it was a resale, and since the building is officially sold out, we still think so. But we're not sure how much the original buyer paid for the place or who the "renowned interior designer" is who redid it. All we know is, after coming off the market in July 2011 without a sale, the apartment is back at the same $5.8M price. Same MePa lounge-like living room, same wacky circular sofa thing.
