Amid all the hubbub over retail zoning on the Upper West Side, how's leasing going? With three recent deals, according to the Post, the stretch of Columbus Avenue between West 67th and West 82nd streets is 100 percent occupied. Only one of the three deals was for retail space, for a 5,900-square-foot Paper Source at 309 Columbus. The proposed neighborhood rezoning would limit individual stores' sidewalk frontage. [NYP]
