How Much for a 2BR Duplex in Park Slope?

New, 15 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/2BA duplex condo in Park Slope
Square Feet: 2,000 square feet
Maintenance/CC: $950 a month
The Skinny: This 2BR/2BA duplex condo is less than a block from Prospect Park and very close to Grand Army Plaza. The ground floor apartment at the address includes a private garden on the lower level, with extra outdoor space available via a deck at the rear of the second floor. Seven rooms split over the two floors offers a lot of flexibility as to layout, and one could configure the home in a number of different ways according to taste. A structural highlight is the polygonal library on the upper level with the floor-to-ceiling shelves and a leaded glass bay window. Not that we want to send you scurrying to a listing site to ferret out the price without offering a best guess first, but there's a different broker with a second listing for the property with slightly different photos. The price on both is the same of course. How much do you think the seller is asking?
