Anderson Cooper's Midtown Penthouse Finds a Buyer

New, 17 comments

Anderson Cooper is the owner and renovator of a (possibly haunted) firehouse at 84 West 3rd Street, and with his Village firehouse now made over, he put his Midtown penthouse on the market at the start of March. He paid $2.48 million for it in 2005 and went for $3.75 million this time around. The listing is officially in contract; no word on the final sale price. Anderson had the place "meticulously redesigned to evoke its industrial roots," complete with "satin glass walls" and "dark chocolate colored stainless steel." The full set of pictures lives in our old gallery.
