The Event: Venetian Masquerade High Tea at the Marble House. (And not, as we suspected when we saw the invite, an orgy.)
In the House: Marble House broker/Million Dollar Listing star Fredrik Eklund, fancy people in fancy suits, two models in the swimming pool.
Dress Code:
Menu: Crudites, crackers with cheese, iced (high) tea.
The Marble House, the 9,079-square-foot triplex in 60 Collister Steet, has been on the market for a little over two months, asking for $20 million. However, three other units in 60 Collister just went into contract, all for under their initial asks. The most expensive of the three, the 3,885-square-foot #2B, had 27% chopped off its initial ask of $5,500,000. The other two were chopped 14% and 11%, respectively. So is $20 million a too-optimistic ask? Or is that 45-foot pool really worth it? What if it came with the models?
