Brooklyn's Seaside Summer Concert Series is about to begin year two at a vacant lot on West 21st Street near Surf Avenue, since it's been deemed too loud for Asser Levy Park. Asser Levy's neighbors may be happier as a result, but concert attendees say the new space isn't big enough for some of the concerts' most major performers. And yes, we know the Asser Levy potato chip amphitheater pictured at right doesn't exist yet, but borough president Marty Markowitz hasn't given up hope, and hey, we just like to look at it.
