More than a decade after talks began, the Westfield Group finally sealed the deal for a 50 percent stake in the World Trade Center's 460,000 square feet of retail by sending a $93.9 million check to the Port Authority. Westfield will develop and manage 365,000 square feet in 3 WTC, 4 WTC, and the transportation hub, plus an additional 90,000 square feet in 2 WTC.
